POST 1: A COUNTRY YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

Hello classmates, today I will comment on which country I would like to visit.
First I consider that all countries are beautiful and each one has different cultures and ways of expressing themselves, but I personally would love to travel to Germany, because I consider that it is a country with too much history, due to the wars that have happened there.
What I know about Germany is that it is located in the European continent, it is a federal republic consisting of 16 federal states and its capital is Berlin, bordered by Denmark, Switzerland, France, among others.
The activities that I would do in this country would be to visit the museums and former concentration camps to learn more about the history of this country.
Finally, I would love to study in Germany because I would have the opportunity to learn a new language, apart from seeing my profession from another perspective.

POST 3: MOVIES AND/OR SERIES THAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND

Hello colleagues and teacher, today it's our turn to talk about our favorite series or movie and I recognize that it has been one of the most difficult tasks, since I love watching series and movies, therefore I have many preferences, but this time I will talk about "Anne With an E" is a Canadian television series based on the classic work of children's literature by Lucy Maud Montgomery of 1908 Anne of Green Gables but introducing numerous changes in the plot. It was created by Moira Walley-Beckett for CBC and starred Amybeth McNulty and has three seasons. The series is about an orphan girl, who is adopted by a couple of brothers who lived in a giant field where they are mainly engaged in the harvest, the society of that time was extremely conservative traditional and Anne is a very intelligent and liberal girl for the time and that causes more than one problem. I like this series because of how dramatic some scenes become and also because of the suspense that is co...

POST 6: ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENGES

Hello everyone today I will speak to a new topic that concerns all of us English course mates, as we must tell how our experience with English at university has been. As we know it is a big step to go from school to university, it is a drastic change in all senses because university is a new world, full of people different from you or with other tastes and above all within the academic tastes. In my case I study social work and the truth is that I have not had many opportunities to communicate with my classmates because I still do not know the university, but the times I have spoken online it has been a more or less bad experience because personally I do not feel as confident to express myself without shame of being wrong, because I still do not know my classmates. I think that personally I must change my own attitude to be able to learn more English in the university, since I think that shame is a great opponent of learning in all senses and more if I communicate in a language t...

POST 2: BEST HOLIDAYS/CONCERT EVER

Hello classmates, hope you are having a great start to the week. Today I will talk about the memory of my best vacations that started when I was very little, I was about 9 years old, so it was in 2009 or 2010, and they were in a place called German Camp which is a camping area where there is a swimming pool and huge green areas, where a small river passes, it was not for long, since it was about 2 days, but it was great. On this vacation I went with my two parents and my older brother, the main activities we did were swimming in the pool, playing ball, exploring the green areas, having a barbecue, among others. This trip is the best so far, as it is the only one I remember with my whole family together, where I only remember nice moments and not bad things. An additional information is that the German Camp is a very convenient place for vacations since there are multiple activities that you can do and it is not an expensive place. Thank you very much for reading my experience of ...
